TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1)	Only 1 account is allowed by per organization or company.
2)	Prime Payouts pays out 70% of the first initial signup and 50% recurring for as long as that person stays a member.  A signup is defined as an individual who clicks a legally linked banner and successfully subscribes to World Class Erotica. Tampering will lead to termination, loss of all funds, and possibly prosecution.
3)	All webmasters are paid twice monthly and checks are issued by IBILL on the 8th and 22nd of each month. Each payout date covers the 2-week billing period that ended approximately 3 weeks prior. This means that the payout of the 8th is for all transactions that took place from the 1st through the 15th of the previous month and the payout of the 22nd is for all transactions that took place from the 15th through the end of the previous month.
4)	You can send your traffic any way you like. You may make your own banners, full page adds, exit consoles, however you want. Blind links are also ok. You MAY NOT spam in anyway! (Search Engine spamming is ok.)
5)	If a sponsorship account is created by false/misleading information, or by persons under the age of 18, the account will be terminated immediately.
6)	Prime Payouts will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with your hosting equipment or technical errors.
7)	Prime Payouts reserves the right to terminate your account  if it is idle for more than a month.  In such cases, you will be notified in advance.
8)	Prime Payouts reserves the right to deny any prospective sponsor admittance into our program for any reason, based on the content of their website, or any other reason.
9)	All funds are paid by check in US currency.
